In my opinion, Isle de France is the most beautiful hotel, beach and restaurant on the whole island of Saint Barths. Though some may disagree, the beach, Anse de Flamands, is perfect enough on its own-- soft coral sand, clear aqua water and view of rock islands. The beach combined with an understated yet elegant boutique hotel that an outdoor linen table clothed restaurant where iguana crawl under your table and the food and tropical drinks are otherworldy. Come here and you will know exactly what all the Saint Barths fuss is about.
