    Bolivia South America, The southern region of "Tarija", among many other departments is seeking political and economic autonomy from the federal Bolivian government, headed by president "Evo Morales". Evo Morales and supporters of the new constitution claim racist and separatist ideologies serve as the foundation for the campaigns of the departments seeking autonomy. The departments (States) seeking autonomy, claim administrative negligence and absence of fiscal support for public infrastructure especially in the capitol cities such as "Tarija", and Santa Cruz, Bolivia. Autonomy is a subject we all should consider thinking about as individuals part of every society, anywhere; Autonomy is defined by people taking personal control of their lives, individually and collectively. It is the freedom to exercise personal control over how and what you digest and/or learn, during the course of one's formal and informal life long education as a member of humanity, and of our ever changing planet.
