Trip Tips: Sundae School, Cape Cod (01:08)

In my opinion, Sundae School is the most important stop if you are on Cape Cod. With 3 scattered locations, you can find one in Dennisport, Harwich Port and my favorite, in East Orleans, steps away from Nauset Beach. It's been a family run establishment since 1976, and you can still feel the familial atmosphere with each year's staff photos on the walls. Nothing beats the quality of the ice cream-- each flavor is still made in small homemade batches every day. Locals and tourists alike come from far and wide for their own cone of Sundae School, even if it means waiting in line. Tip: Splurge for the sundae or a frappe- trust me, going to Sundae School never felt so good.
