In Dublin's Fair City

This video portrays Dr. Patrick Treacy of the Ailesbury Clinic Dublin, filming street performers on the streets of Dublin in late summer of 2006. The background music track is called "Molly Malone" (also known as "Cockles and Mussels"), a popular song which has acquired the status of an unofficial anthem of Dublin City in Ireland. The video shows the legendary "Molly" commemorated in a statue designed by Jeanne Rynhart at the bottom of Grafton Street in Dublin. The statue, erected to celebrate Dublin's millennium in 1987, is known colloquially as 'The Tart With The Cart', 'The Dish With The Fish' and 'The Trollop With The Scallops'.
