Continuing my exploration of South Georgia Island i found myself at Cape Ross, this was the place Ernest Shackleton and his men spent five days recovering from their journey from Elephant Island. As I walked around it gave me an incredible appreciation of the hardship that these men endured on the beautiful island of South Georgia.
