This is by far the coolest, tastiest and most memorable place I ate in Alaska. Steve Miller at the Smoke Shack makes everything from scratch - from the sauces to the ketchup, he makes everything fresh by hand. And the down-home country menu has so many delicious creative twists that I would go all the way back to Alaska to eat here...
