Pond Skimming

Pond Skimming at the Blue Mountain Ski Resort in Palmerton, PA. This annual event is a great time for all. You don't have to be a skier to enjoy many events held at ski areas. This event along with many others are free to watch. Ski areas offer a lot of things to do and most are open year round. At Blue Mountain this season I also watched Biker Cross and the Card Board Box Derby. I also will be attending a Wine and Beer Festival in August at Blue Mountain. Arrive early and have breakfast at the many lodges or stay late and have a great dinner to add to your day of fun. You don't have spend lot's of money to have a great time. I think I will learn to ski or I might just go tubing next season. You won't be seeing me doing pond skimming.
