Spending a morning with our Spanish teachers on day 8 of our Spanish lessons buying ingredients at the local market and learning how to cook Pepian, a traditional Guatemalan dish made from roasted sesame and green squash seeds, tomatoes, tomatillos, cinnamon, chili peppers and chicken.
