    Adore the fusion of ingredients and different tastes..this dish must be delicious ..to die for!!!!

    It was... and you should! I am constantly inspired by travel to create new dishes. My favorite things to film are the inside of kitchens with international chefs. We usually only cook Latin and Asian fusion with Mediterranean influences. And, since I grow most all our food I am now finding seeds online from around the world, Kale from Italy, beans from China, and since we live in Oregon we have wild mushrooms in our yard... YUM the only thing I love more then travel is FOOD!!!! well and of course Terri-Lynn. :)
