Mars Cheese Castle

I'm not sure how well known it is outside of the Midwest, but Wisconsin is a cheese state. BIG TIME. And if you're heading up to Milwaukee from Chicago, you'll see Mars Cheese Castle (in Kenosha) from the highway. It's pretty much mandatory that you stop. I don't know why, but you just do. When you get into Mars Cheese Castle, I will almost guarantee that you'll be there for 30 minutes, perusing the cheese and sausage selection. Enjoy and stock up. You'll never know when you'll make it out there again.
