Pompey's Pillar to St. Mary's Peak

In the summer of 2010 I got in the car and started driving across Montana. Two cars, 847 miles and 1,062 photographs later, I stopped at St. Mary's Peak south of Missoula. Over the course of the roadtrip, I climbed two mountains, saw boom towns and ghost towns, slept outside in lightning storms and hiked in the snow, checked out awesome bike shops and wandered around Yellowstone National Park, and I saw the immense beauty of the state.
