In Spokane County the best way to rid yourself of garbage is to take it to the Waste to Energy plant. Unlike an ordinary dump the WtE plant will burn your garbage and yard waste and then use the resulting heat to make steam energy. Though not a popular destination it can make an exciting day trip for the adventurous minded amongst us.
