During the Contiki media trip through South America, we were encouraged to eat the local delicacies, including cuy which is guinea pig. It is an common dish in Peru and is part of the Andean tradition. We were able to see a chef preparing the cuy for us and while I did not eat it myself, a few of my fellow travelers allowed me to film them while they had their first bites of guinea pig. Sorry for the shakiness, I was trying so hard not to laugh!
