In this next chapter of the Road to Excellence, Jerome Griifith, CEO of Tumi, and Gabriele Del Torchio, CEO of Ducati, visit the small farm that supplies Eneko Atxa with his amazing produce. Atxa is the head chef of 2-Michelin star restaurant, Azurmendi, outside Bilbao. It's a nostalgic stop for Jerome, who grew up on a farm in Pennsylvania's Amish country. [No chickens were harmed during this production.]
