Egypt Hurghada 2012 - How to make sand art bottle

This is one of the most popular souvenirs brought home from Egypt and near by countries, I guess. This boy made one of sand art bottles right in front of us, it cost's from 2$ to 10$, don't get ripped as they mostly don't have fixed prices there and will try to sell it to you, let's say for 40$ you have to trade there :)
