Hamura Saimen

Hamura Saimen is a popular local saimen shop in Lihue, Kauai. Saimen is a Hawaiian noodle dish that is a fusion of Chinese and Japanese souple noodle traditions. We really enjoyed this taste of Hawaii. It's a rather kid friendly place because it's very casual and reasonably priced. A big bowl of Saimin noodles costs about $5-$6.00.
