Gran Hotel Stella Maris, Bahia Brasil

This is more of a holiday resort, rather than a hotel. It's right by the beach, so if you like the sea and the beach, this is a nice place to stay. The room itself is clean but fairly basic. Wifi is free though the password is reset every 2 days. Reception speaks English. The beach goers come really early to the beach on weekends, though I must say that they are not that rowdy/noisy. Food is average only and like other places in Salvador, quite expensive. There is a supermarket 5 mins walk from the resort, and there is a Subway there.
