Yaxha: Templo de las Manos Rojas

Here in Yaxha, Guatemala stands the astrological observatory/pyramid/temple. when the town was abandoned, a group of locals covered their hands in red paint and began painting the entire pyramid. After this the locals renamed the pyramid, el Pyramid de los Manos Rojas.
