A: We can make it for you! We will take your video and edit it into a 15 second pre-roll ad. We would send it over to you for your approval and we will edit it until you are completely satisfied. - Q: What do I do if I don't even have a video of my hotel (tour, service etc) on Tripfilms yet?
A: We are happy to send a filmmaker to create a video for you. Your budget would determine the filmmaker and quality level of the video. - Q: What if I don't have any budget to create a video
A: We can work with that too. We would be happy to work with you to create a video with ZERO out of pocket costs on your end. Though we can't send our more professional filmmakers, we have good amateurs who can create something that will work for you. - Q: I'm ready to opt in for the pre-roll package but I can only pay a certain amount per month-can I set the price?
A: You can set ANY price ceiling for your ad. When your video is viewed the amount of times that your budget allows, we will temporarily remove the ad so we stay within your budget. - Q: How do I know that the video is bringing visits to my website and increasing my visibility?
A: We can track how many times your pre-roll ad is viewed, and how many times the banner that links to your site is clicked. We will be happy to send you these statistics monthly, or upon your request. - Q: What if I want to cancel the pre-roll ad?
