Salzburg: Furst Chocolate Factory

Furst: the home of the original delicious chocolate Mozartkugel.
If it's one thing you can't miss in Salzburg, it's the abundance of Mozart cardboard cutouts on every main street. This famous composer has now become synonymous with a very famous candy, the MozartKugel (or Mozart Ball). It's a ball of deliciuos chocolate, wrapped around pistachio nougat and fondant.
Furst chocolate factory created this treat and the same family still runs it today. I'll let Mr. Furst explain more.

The filmmaker and host team, Kelley and Justin, took Austria by storm, exploring the country's top sites, restaurants, hotels and attractions. Roadtripping from town to town, region to region, they tasted Vienna's best sacher torte, sipped Burgenland's finest wines that they helped make and explored the exhibits of Graz's Kunsthaus. They also hopped in the car over to Salzburg, touring the Stiegl brewery and Gossl dressmaker factory. After bite and browse in the new and modern Hangar 7, off they went to steep mountains of Innsbruck, taking in the city's medieval charm, giant ski jump and Swarovski crystal factory.
