I'm a native of Western Canada with a love of Victorian-Edwardian Scientific Romances (aka: Steampunk), palaeontology and archaeology, Japanese culture and history, the Middle Ages, nature and natural history, museums and zoos, photography and videography, silent films, movies and music from the Roaring 20's and Dirty 30's, and travel. Incidentally, while I am currently enrolled in seminary to become a Lutheran minister, my undergraduate degree was in interdisciplinary tourism studies, with a minor in Museum and Heritage Studies. I also specialized in Western Canadian and First Nations history.
