Rogue Female Fitness is a women-only fitness movement in NYC that combines fabulous workouts with a social and lifestyle element tailor-made for women. We offer a sense of community, camaraderie and an extended social network. Our studio will host social events and guest speakers geared specifically toward women, such as a relationship expert, a nutritionist or a jewelry trunk show.
